Senior Vice President Joins London Office of TA Associates Ltd.

BOSTON, February 7, 2011 –TA Associates, a leading growth private equity firm, today announced that Patrick Sader has joined the London office of TA Associates Ltd. as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Sader will focus on growth companies in Europe with an emphasis on French-speaking regions.

Mr. Sader joins TA from Argan Capital (formerly Bank of America Capital Partners) where he was responsible for developing the Argan franchise in France and Eastern Europe. Among his duties were origination and execution of middle-market transactions, including sourcing, structuring, legal negotiations and coordination with financial and legal advisers. Prior to that, Mr. Sader was a Senior Associate on the private equity transaction team at Terra Firma Capital Partners, playing a role in a number of pan-European investments. He also worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch in the financial institutions team. Mr. Sader received a BA in Finance and Accounting from ESSEC Business School in 2002.
